Continuing to record
MORE ABOUT THE MAKING OF MY VIDEO
When I looked at the video we took, and the video from when I was little on the skateboard, I thought I should get some more video of me skateboarding in the garage. I wanted to continue my recording project with my friend after school because I was starting to worry about getting my project in on time.
I texted my friend to see if he would be able to record. Unfortunately he had a huge test the next morning so he couldn't record.
I didn't know what to do at that given time. I got frustrated. I wanted to bag the whole idea.
I thought about and realized something I could do about it. I could record the parts on my own if I put my phone like standing up, or in a still position in the garage, or maybe even on the street at the house. While this may not be the best idea I wanted to give it a try.
I started to find a place in my house so I could set my phone to make sure it was sturdy.
I hit record and I did something to make sure the angle was as good as it will get.
I had my item and phone and skateboard and was ready,
I continued to record but noticed one thing the sun was interfering with the light.
I had to reposition the phone so it was not interfering with the sun.
I started to get on the skateboard just to get the feel of it,
I got my storyboard and followed along to figure out the plan.
I wrapped up and filmed all the scenes.
When I started looking at the film in the i movie program, I discovered there are filters on the filming app.
I messed around with those on the scenes just to see if it would fit
It worked for some but not for all of the scenes. My film is starting to look like a music video.
