Research and Planning

    I am making a film about myself.  I want to talk about me, but I want to make it interesting to others to watch.  I have thought about what I can do to keep the attention of the viewer.  I think that my name, Bond, could be a way to get people interested.  My first name also happens to be the last name of a famous movie character, James Bond.  Maybe I can do something with that connection.

    I will first start by showing a picture of where I was born, Chelni, Russia.   Hopefully I can find one online.  We have pictures from the area in our family albums, so I can review those as well. 

    I can look for films and stills from James Bond movies to see if I can put those in too.  I have to make sure that I don't have any problems with copyright for someone else's work.

                                                                                              

    Then I want to contrast the James Bond footage with my life.  I will take a picture of my two dogs and put that in the video as well as a description of them.

    I could use a song that is my favorite and tell you what the meaning to me is.  I would probably try to find a jazz song, like Miles Davis, or Herbie Hancock, because I play that music.  I also play different music with my band, like Harry Belafonte and The Band.

    I will have a video of me playing the drums. 

    I can find ways to show the differences between myself and James Bond.  

    Some things I can say are, James Bond likes guns, but Bond Benson likes drum sticks.

    I can find some video of James Bond in a car chase, driving on the highway and its dangers like a car crash, and do a voice over that says 'Bond Benson does not drive fast.'

    Then I will show a video of me driving around in my car.

    I will find the best photo of my two dogs and put a picture in the video, then I could show a something James Bond likes, like martinis!

    I will put a photo of me and a sports figure, to show I like sports.

    I will put a photo of me relaxing enjoying no brothers or sister and watching whatever I want to watch on television.

    I will put photos of my traveling adventures and I will also do a screenshot of a Power Point I made to beg my mom to take me on a trip.

    I will show a picture of my favorite vacation spot to go to; New York City.

    I will show a picture of the color (orange) i don't like and explain why I don't like it; to me, it just doesn't make me feel comfortable.

    I will show a picture of the color ( blue) I do like and explain why I do like it; it is the same color as the ocean that I live near.  I could show James Bond wearing black, his favorite color.

    I am gonna record a part of my band and show our rehearsal, and explain that this is what I do while James Bond is jumping off of buildings. 

    I could get a picture of my favorite baseball team and say that I like baseball but James Bond likes fencing, with a pic from 'Die Another Day.'

    I could show a picture of my favorite college football team, the UCF Knights, and find something to contrast with James Bond. 

    I will show a picture of my favorite pro football team, the Miami Dolphins, and use that too.

    These are some of the ideas I have been brainstorming for my film
